Imagine my shock and joy when i discovered that you could order freshly smoked dried fish here in U.S.A!

This fish is super fresh and sand free. It passes the smell and taste tests excellently well. It comes well packaged, and is so fresh that I taste it without even washing.

 

I have been ordering fish from Kencor for a while now, and have never been disappointed. Recently, they introduced a new product – the boneless smoked catfish. Well it is new for me because this is the first time we tried it.

  

I order a 10lbs box, and 10lbs it was!

This fish was used to cook this finger licking spinach stew.
