TGIF!

This company – Immaculate is the baker of the worlds biggest cookie. I did not know this when i saw the mix at my local Target store. I was attracted to it because it contained all natural ingredients.

Last weekend i tried it with extra cocoa powder, and Ghiradelli chocolate chips. I enjoyed it. Overall this mix tastes more natural than others. It is a good start for a great cake. Next time i will add some greek yogurt for moisture, and maybe more eggs. The sugar was a little too much.

Appearance = 15 The color was not as dark as i like chocolate cake to be. I added about 4 tbsp cocoa to achieve this dark brown color.

Taste = 20

Texture = 20

Total = 80

I will purchase this mix again.
