Last week, we won a jar of suya seasoning from Motherland’s Finest and Nigerian Lazy Chef.
We used it to make these amazing wings and beef suya.
It tasted super amazing.
We used 2 tbsp seasoning per pound of meat and “seasoned oil” – excess oil from Nigerian red stew.
Throw in some freshly sliced onions and garlic for an extra punch.
Add some roast fennel and carrots…
That is all you need for this fabulosity.
