These were so easy to make. 6 ingredients only, and these delicious bites emerged gloriously.
We had them as starters at Madam ChiO’s birthday on Sunday. They were such a hit that one particular guest had over 5 pieces.
They vanished quickly. We used home made pie dough but you can use puff pastry, or store bought pie crust.
Crab + Sesame rolls

Ingredients
- 1 cup lump crab meat (steamed)
- 1 bunch of parsley (cleaned and chopped)
- 2 tsp Slap ya Mama seasoning
- Egg Wash
- Pie Dough
- Sesame seeds
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix the crab, parsley, and seasoning together, and set aside.
- Roll out the dough and stuff with the mixture.
- Roll stuffed dough and cut out in small bite sized cylinders.
- Arrange the rolls on a lined baking sheet.
- Brush the egg wash all over the rolls and sprinkle the sesame seeds atop.
- Bake for about 15 minute or until rolls look golden.
- Bring then out of the oven and leave to cool.
