Love these chops! They are made with only 6 ingredients. Easy peazy and perfect for your guests as they wait for the main dish.
Lamb Chop Appetizers

Ingredients
- A rack of lamb ribs
- 1 tbsp black pepper (for each pound of meat)
- 1 tbsp freshly crushed garlic (for each pound of meat)
- 1 tsp salt (for each pound of meat)
- Rind from one orange (for each pound of meat)
- Juice from one orange (for each pound of meat)
- 2 tbsp oil (for each pound of meat)
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients (except the lamb) into a bowl.
- Mix the bowl ingredients to create a rub.
- Line a baking sheet with foil.
- Rub the "rub" generously all over the rack of ribs.
- Place the seasoned rack in a 450 degree oven for about 15 minutes.
- Then bring out the ribs and cover with foil then place back into the oven.
- Reduce the oven to about 350 degrees and cook until the thickest part of the chops reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees (i like my meat well done.)
- Bring out from the oven and leave to rest for at least 15mins.
- Cut the meat according to the rib pattern.
- Arrange in a platter. Pour the juices over the lamb in the platter.
- Finish with fresh orange rind and a squeeze of orange juice.
- Enjoy!
