Happy Sunday!
SS: This smells amazing. Can i taste?
Me: Of course! do you need to ask?
He goes ahead to try a spoon of steaming curry … shakes his head… smiles… and remarks
SS: This girl you like food sha!
Me: Is that a way of saying that the curry is great.
SS: It is amazing… good job.
I enjoyed it with balls of brown rice.
Thereafter, we sat on the balcony, and enjoyed the curry with some home made plantain chips. Crisp and dip, Curry Overload!

These days i add rosemary to most things even Jollof 🙂 I used rosemary to cook the curry and an additional branch for garnish.
