Ginger- Basil baked Salmon.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs fresh Salmon (cleaned and cut steak style)
- 3 tbsp freshly ground basil
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 3 tbsp freshly crushed ginger
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Heat oven to 360 degrees
- Add all ingredients into a bowl.
- Mix thoroughly using your hands and ensure that the salmon is well coated.
- Line a baking sheet with paper or foil.
- Place steaks in the lined sheet.
- Place salmon steaks in oven and cook for about 15 to 20 mins or until fish is tender and flaky.
- Enjoy.
