Ghen Ghen…. Drumroll….. please give a round of applause as we welcome Harissa + Turkey (HT)Flat bread to the stage.
The best meals “just happen”! believe that!
On saturday, Chi was was visiting all the way from across town. I wanted to serve something delicious outside rice. Something not too heavy, not quite lunch, and a little more substantial than a snack.
With leftover Harissa sauce in the fridge, and a craving for mince, A rich flatbread made sense.
This my friends, was the result. Amazing flavors! the Harissa came through and took this flatbread to a higher level.
