Its been such a long time and i miss you. Have been away studying, but will be back soon.
Spent some time today making Okro soup and Vegetable soup using fresh greens (aka Shoko in Nigeria) found at our local international store and lots of dried cat fish. It turned out really delicious.

Someone asked, what is the difference between this red curry and the traditional Nigerian stew.
After a photography session today, we had this lovely simply meal of boiled yam, air-fried salmon, herby fried eggs and tomato stew. Meals should be both simple and fabulous!
